- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that when pricing: a base price is with materials supplied by customer. If materials are undecided that most definitely effects price. I'm honest with my prices and I'm willing to work with customers to achieve a reasonable price to a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, First comes introductions, then on to the customers project idea.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have numerous years of professional work experience. I spent many years building my skill set to impress anyone i may do work for.
