- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair and honest. I grant a discount when I do the pre-marital counseling and the wedding as a package deal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I do a needs assessment then I answer some basic questions to figure out what type of wedding they want. My main focus is to listen to the customer to deliver the type of service that they desire. After all it is there special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First, I’ve taken marriage and family classes in Bible College. Then I have taken the Prepare & Enrich course for pre & post marriage counseling. I have taught marriage workshops and even wrote a thesis on the subject with research. In addition, to doing some additional study with the five love languages that aid in relationship building.
