I was an installer for a Hunter Douglas franchise for a year, and have plenty of DIY experience at home with tile, wood, drywall, rack installation, tv mounts, and some basic plumbing and electrical work. Gavin did a great job on some really stupid little jobs - going way above and beyond. I thought a pipe in my leaky sink needed to be tightened and he discovered it was actually cracked so he drove to Home Depot to get the part and installed it. Very responsive; professional.
