Introduction: With over 60 years of combined experience we are more than able to help with repair or maintenance jobs that will make your home a cleaner, safer, happier place. We work quickly and efficiently to do the job right. Customer satisfaction and great referrals are our goal. We have a one hour minimum. The normal hourly labor rate is $50 per hour prorated in 15 minute increments ($60 the 1st hour). Our motto is 'We dare to care!' Our motivation is 'Col. 3:23' Serving; Bixby, Broken Arrow, Glenpool, Hectorville, Jenks, Keifer, Mounds, Sapulpa and South Tulsa

If you have some work to do around the house Warren should be your choice. He was right on time, did good work and was affordable. I noticed after he left that he had fixed an outlet cover on my front porch that I hadn't listed to be fixed. I guess he just spotted it and fixed it on his own. That showed me that he really enjoys fixing things and takes the extra step to ensure he leaves the customer happy with the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am quick and efficient but if a job hits an unforeseen snag or a learning curve I will lower or adjust my rate to offset the extra time so I can always take care of my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit to check out the repair or handyman work needed. Get an idea of time, materials and price. Do the job right and as cost effectively as possible. Have another satisfied customer who is happy with my work and will call me back when they have another project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical, carpentry and painting training as a young man. I have been helping family and friends and customers fix, repair and maintain their homes almost all of my life because I enjoy trouble shooting problems and helping people.
