- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am quick and efficient but if a job hits an unforeseen snag or a learning curve I will lower or adjust my rate to offset the extra time so I can always take care of my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit to check out the repair or handyman work needed. Get an idea of time, materials and price. Do the job right and as cost effectively as possible. Have another satisfied customer who is happy with my work and will call me back when they have another project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical, carpentry and painting training as a young man. I have been helping family and friends and customers fix, repair and maintain their homes almost all of my life because I enjoy trouble shooting problems and helping people.
