Nelson was very communicative from before arriving and throughout the work he was doing. He listened to my concerns (I had a few small items on a punch list) and was patient when a couple were minor fixes. He asked for my perspective when he had options of how to do the repair in my master shower and excellently fixed my shower without having to damage or remove the tile as he originally through would be required. I appreciated him going above and beyond and will keep his company on speed dial for future activities.
