Melissa is wonderful! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She takes special requests seriously - in my case using different products due to my pet parrots. She is cautious about things that upset them and makes sure to greet and say goodbye to them after each visit. Her cleaning abilities are also stellar! Her attention to detail and thoroughness leave my house sparkling and smelling fresh. ✨
