I couldnt asked for a better company to help with my hauling of junk. Justin was friendly, talkative, answered all of my questions. I highly, i mean highly recommend junk free removal. I DIDN'T get paid to say this. Call themJul 17, 2018Verified
Justin did such an awesome job cleaning up the pile of junk from the side of my house, and he did it so quickly! What I really appreciated was that he came out on a Saturday, no one else could do that, so thank you Justin. I will be calling you back again!Jul 9, 2017Verified

Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting
After wasting 2 days on these guys, we are now left with broken furniture ($6000 bed! ) and a truck we need to unload, document what’s broken, and then reload correctly. The 1st day Justin, the owner sent his 2 guys to help us load a Penske truck and haul away junk. After being charged for 3 hours they had loaded maybe 1/2 of our stuff, not securing anything, and no junk hauled away. Not to mention, one worker left for a 30 minute “potty break” and then wanted to buy one of our vehicles with payments!! He called, and texted over 15 times!! and even came to our town! So, I left the owner know about my disappointment with the job. I hadn’t even talked to him about the harassment from his employee. Justin, responded right away and promised to come the next morning with his guys and “exceed our expectations.” Well they got more loaded but in the process broke our bed, seriously ripped the sticker stating not to lay the base on its side while putting them on top of each other ON THEIR SIDE....at some point busting off the outlet plate on the side of the bed and they put it in our mailbox!! Nothing was strapped, lamps were just placed in a wagon with NO protection at all. And when I called the owner, Justin, he had the audacity to say my husband was there helping them load it! We have the video footage of my husband watching our 3 little girls the entire time!! These guys may be fine throwing junk into the back of a truck, but please don’t trust them with anything of value, including your time!Jul 17, 2019Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will tell our new customer about our company and background. Ask the customer a few questions about services requested. We will give the customer a description about how we operate and whats expected. We give excellent customer service and let our hard work and professionalism speak for its self.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with many customers handling their junk removal needs. Most of our work comes from homeowners; however, we do work for realtors, property management companies and builders.
