Justin responded and promptly. He arrived just as I was in the midst of a home crisis. He began helping which was totally unexpected and not required. He hauled away the things requested and was great. I have contacted him for a return visit next week already. Would highly recommend him!

We met with Justin at the rental property at 3pm as arranged. He gave us a very fair price and hauled off the limbs and the bed rails the renter had snuck in there. Justin's a clean cut, well mannered young man and I was very impressed with him. I hired him to come to our house to haul off another bunch of limbs that my husband had stored in our backyard. He met us at our hour later in the evening and was able to haul those off as well. I've passed his name along to other real estate agents like myself, we are always finding ourselves in need of someone to haul things off. He's a hardworking young man and this is his own business, I would like to see it grow.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way we charge is simple. We charge based on volume. We have a really big dump truck and charged based upon how full it is after we load. We have several different price points and we provide all the labor!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will tell our new customer about our company and background. Ask the customer a few questions about services requested. We will give the customer a description about how we operate and whats expected. We give excellent customer service and let our hard work and professionalism speak for its self.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many customers handling their junk removal needs. Most of our work comes from homeowners; however, we do work for realtors, property management companies and builders.
