- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way we charge is simple. We charge based on volume. We have a really big dump truck and charged based upon how full it is after we load. We have several different price points and we provide all the labor!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will tell our new customer about our company and background. Ask the customer a few questions about services requested. We will give the customer a description about how we operate and whats expected. We give excellent customer service and let our hard work and professionalism speak for its self.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many customers handling their junk removal needs. Most of our work comes from homeowners; however, we do work for realtors, property management companies and builders.
