- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Prosper Lawn, we pride ourselves on offering competitive, reasonable rates compared to market prices. We’re also happy to work within your desired budget. If we can’t complete the full scope of work within that range, we’ll clearly explain what services can be provided for your budget. If we can’t reach an agreement, no hard feelings—it’s all part of doing business. And remember, all estimates are completely free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Prosper Lawn, we keep things simple and transparent from start to finish. First, we collect your basic information — name and address — and then schedule a convenient time to visit your property. I prefer to meet with you in person during the visit to ensure there’s no confusion about your goals and expectations. While on-site, I’ll take any necessary photos and measurements. You can expect to receive a detailed quote within three days. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a time to complete the project and bring your vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prosper Lawn has been proudly serving our community for over six years. Before starting this business, I worked with several larger companies where I received hands-on training in performing projects the right way — with precision, safety, and quality in mind. I also believe that learning never stops. I continue to educate myself on new techniques, tools, and best practices to ensure every job meets the highest standards. When a project requires extra hands or specialized expertise, I have a trusted team ready to assist so the work is done efficiently and correctly.
