- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer veteran and first responder discounts. All projects are different but pricing will come quickly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your home and meet you and discuss your paint points. We will then dive into ways that we can solve your issues for a great cost with a lengthy warranty. We stand behind what we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do monthly training on attic ventilation, am a certified shingle repairability accessor, and a Malarkey preferred contractor.
