I was very happy with the response time and the quality of the estimate. Kolby took his time and inspected everything making sure that all of the outdated and aged insulation, wiring, copper lines etc were replaced instead of just throwing a unit in and calling it good. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the way my house door was left and the door to my heater. My inside unit sits next to my interior door to the garage. When they removed it the door stop was torn off and the door was scratched up which I understand it was a tight area but a “Hey sorry we scratched the door pretty good would you like us to try and clean it up for you?” would’ve been great but it was left for me to notice later. They also had to remove the door to the interior unit to get the old out and new in but hex head sheet metal screws were not the solution for reinstalling it. All in all they did an amazing job and even took the time to come back the next day to paint the pvc hvac vent on the roof to match. I would very much recommend them to anyone in search of an hvac company.

🤯 I apologize that your door was scratched up fairly well during the install. When you get a moment, take some pictures and send it to me so I can communicate that to our guys. I also want to make it right. Option 1) we reimburse you for materials to fix the door and door stopper. Option 2) I can see what we can do to fix it for you.
