- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the roof, material choice, and job complexity. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Financing may be available, and we occasionally offer seasonal promotions or discounts. At 1907 Roofing, we focus on fair pricing and quality work done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about the customer’s concerns and scheduling a free roof inspection. After inspecting the roof, we provide honest feedback, photos when needed, and a clear estimate. If the customer chooses to move forward, we help select materials, schedule the project, and communicate throughout the job. Once the work is complete, we do a final walkthrough and cleanup to make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At 1907 Roofing, we bring both licensing and manufacturer training to our work. We hold residential and commercial roofing licenses, are members of ORCA and NRCA, and are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. In commercial roofing, we are certified with Elevate and Versico. These credentials reflect our commitment to professional standards, ongoing training, and installing roofing systems the right way for our customers.
