Introduction: My services include carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing. I do home repairs for plumbing including sinks, faucets, valves, and waste lines. Electrical work includes appliances, light fixtures, fans, exhausts, outlets (GFCI), breakers, and wiring. Carpentry work includes decks, porches, door/window replacement, and fence repairs. I also do Sheetrock. I have 14 years of experience in home inspections, with over 6,300 inspections (not Oklahoma certified -- Arizona is where I had my company). I have 17 years of handyman/maintenance work (owner/operator) experience and am familiar with UBC, UPC, and NEC national codes.
