The owner/operator of Elite Pros is technically competent in his primary tradecraft of Electrician. I am normally a DIY guy, but I didn't have the experience or confidence I needed to do this particular job on my own. Not only did Elite Pros perform the work on time and to spec, but he also fielded multiple of my requests for coaching on how to do certain tasks. Initially, I intended for Elite Pros to handle more of the work. However, instead of hoarding information, Elite Pros fielded multiple of my requests for guidance. As a result, I was able to do more of the manual labor and leave the technical work to Elite Pros. His willingness to coach, teach,
and mentor me through my uncertainties saved me a considerable amount of money. As an experienced project manager, retired military officer, and with a background in construction -- I know what good contract work looks and feels like. This is not a fluff review: Elite Pros won't disappoint. I guarantee it!

Mr. James was very knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and professional. He did above and beyond what was originally asked and came was well within budget. There were absolutely no surprise charges or fees, and the project was finished on time! He was great with answering questions and giving advice. There are so many great things to say about Matthew and his crew! First, he shows up when he says he’s going to and he does what he says he’s gonna do and he does it in a manner that is highly professional. He is a great communicator he will text when he’s on his way or if there is a delay and responds quickly to my questions. Every night he cleans up his worksite and even went above and beyond to drag a magnet over the ground to ensure there were no nails or metal objects that could potentially hurt my livestock that were in the area. He is careful and his work was of a very high-quality and overall his estimate was pretty spot on to actual cost. I will be using elite pros again and would give them a 10 star rating out of five if I could!

He was responsive by text message and arranged an appointment time for me right away when i let him know i had a water leak. He showed up on time and worked diligently. His prices were very reasonable and, even when i asked him to do an additional spigot replacement, he was very reasonable with what he charged me. He went above and beyond what I expected and wasn't satisfied until everything was working perfectly. Even though he charges hourly, he worked intensely and wasted no time whatsoever. Since he is skilled at several areas of work, I will be contacting him for anything I need repaired or replaced in the future. I will recommend him to anyone that needs repair/replacement work done at their house.
