The owner/operator of Elite Pros is technically competent in his primary tradecraft of Electrician. I am normally a DIY guy, but I didn't have the experience or confidence I needed to do this particular job on my own. Not only did Elite Pros perform the work on time and to spec, but he also fielded multiple of my requests for coaching on how to do certain tasks. Initially, I intended for Elite Pros to handle more of the work. However, instead of hoarding information, Elite Pros fielded multiple of my requests for guidance. As a result, I was able to do more of the manual labor and leave the technical work to Elite Pros. His willingness to coach, teach,
and mentor me through my uncertainties saved me a considerable amount of money.
