- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair when I price projects. I take into account the cost of materials and my time. Often times, people can't afford to pay an arm and a leg for something and I can give that to them at a reduced price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer has an idea, I can often times draw a cad model of it for the customer to see. Then I can properly bid the project more accurately. I keep the customer updated on what stage I'm at in fabrication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of on the job training and an Associate's degree in Computer Science. Being able to think about projects from different perspectives often brings new and better ideas on ways to complete it.
