- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview and investigate! LOL I need to know who you are, your goals, physical quirks or ailments FIRST before we start hitting the intensity button. I want to know what exercises to stay clear from based on how your body works and likes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, US Coast Gaurd Health Promotions Coordinator, Certified International Sports Science Association Trainer , Completed 2 Full Marathons, Helped many friends loose weight from 5 to 30 pounds.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been working out since I was a fetus my mom told me lol! Ive been a nationally ranked swimmer swimming, US Marine Sergeant who has physically trained 100s of other Marines and has acheived the status of a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer.
