Jerry is amazing! He was very responsive and kept me up-to-date on when he was available (weather intervened!) and when he would be coming to do the job. The price was completely fair, the work was very, very well done, and he is just simply a very kind person. You can't put a price on that. I am already making a list of things for him to do for us next! I will call him again.
