FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair, straightforward pricing and recommending only the work your septic system actually needs. We take the time to properly diagnose the issue before recommending repairs, because sometimes what appears to be a major problem can actually be something much simpler and less expensive. Our goal is to provide the right solution and help you avoid unnecessary repairs whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what’s going on with your septic system and what service you may need. From there, we can inspect and diagnose the system, explain what we find, and recommend the appropriate next steps. Whether you need routine pumping, a repair, maintenance, or a new system installation, we’ll make sure you understand what needs to be done before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of hands-on experience working with septic and wastewater systems. We are experienced in diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing both aerobic and conventional septic systems for residential and commercial properties. Our team is also state licensed to service aerobic septic systems and their components.
