Yannick helped me remodel my master bath and fix a few other issues in my hall bath. His prices are very competitive and I feel like I got a great deal. He ran into a few obstacles but he always found a solution and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend him!

We are very pleased with this young guy HolzHaus construction , very professional diligent responsable he knows very well how to do his job, we called him for replacement a faucet that was dripping , we though will be simple , we was wrong the job was a big deal we get water in the living room and garage closet, but he was so determined and smart to find the liking and did excellent job when finished everything was super clean no mess at all, we will recommend him 100% and definitely we will use his service again

I was very impressed with Yannick and his work. I had a quite a laundry list of things to be replaced and installed at my house. Prior to starting the job, I really appreciated how responsive he was and very transparent about the cost for the job. He was on time, very detailed, cleaned up after himself, and always asked questions to make sure everything was completed to my liking. I would highly recommend him, and have already requested an estimate for a future job. Yannick is an asset to my new home (new to me anyway). This review is for work on my "Mom's wing of my house." Starting the hole in her closet ceiling. The previous owner must have cut it at the last minute! A 12 year old could have done better. Yannick's work was like it was there from the beginning.

Depending on the project, I may come out to you before giving you a final quote as I believe being in the space needing work helps to get a good understanding of what is required of me and how we can meet your goals together.
Then we get your project scheduled and get to work!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent job I really enjoyed was the office renovation shown in my featured projects. I loved watching the whole space transform and especially liked adding in the window & installing the batten board wall. The project took about 3 weeks in total.
