Top notch service in every aspect. I don’t write reviews often but when I receive a service as great as this I do. My power went out on a Friday afternoon and power company couldn’t fix and said an electrician was needed. Owner Daniel Narvaes responded to my request immediately after I had spent time looking for a shop still open. They quoted the cheapest emergency call price of the 5 companies I’d contacted. He explained my options in detail to me and made sure I understood everything involved. He also communicated with the power company to make sure power could be turned back on after repairs were done. The service professionals Herschel and Charles arrived at 7:30am the following morning as scheduled and got right to work on the repairs. They fully understood the urgency of being without power. They explained what the problem was and timeframe of completion, and even communicated with my home warranty company about the repairs needed. The owner Daniel even came by to explain more about the repairs done and other options I could consider. Power company showed up immediately after repair was complete, I didn’t have to call anyone else after Serious Electric was hired for the job! As pain free as the process could possibly be in my opinion. Even though my (worthless) home warranty company wouldn’t cover the cost of repairs, it was still well below what I was expecting to be out of pocket. Extremely happy I found this company and would recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work!

Came out and gave me a GREAT estimate on installing new fans in the two bathrooms. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to go beyond to get the job done. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the job due to a room flooding in my house but will use them in the near future. Highly recommend.

They were prompt, helped us with the problem we had, worked around the schedule we needed. Thank you.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Electrical work isn't easily or safely done with just one person. The journeyman who comes to help you will be traveling with 1 to 2 apprentices that will make the work faster.
Apprentices are billed at a lower rate than journeyman electricians, which saves you money. So your hourly rate will depend on the number of people working.
Residential customers are not billed for drive time to and from your location. The labor charges are for time on the job only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will provide an estimate for the work we're going to do, you sign our contract, and we order parts/begin the work. If you have additional work you need done, we can add that on as well.
For service work, ie we're fixing something, we come and and repair what is wrong to at least get you working. If it's a small repair, we can do it all. If it's a large problem, we will try to get your electricity back on if possible, and then get you an estimate for a more permanent repair.
We do things right, so much of our work is inspected by the electrical inspectors. So we do everything we can to meet code and pass the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our master electrician Daniel has a masters degree in Electrical Engineering along with his electrical contractor's license. Charles our Journeyman electrician has many years of experience and is licensed in Oklahoma.
