He showed up on time, was thorough in finding out what the problem was and fixing it. Very reasonable price considering it was a last minute call on the weekend. Looking forward to using him again.

Details: Loss of power • Under 8 feet (low ceiling) • House

Great work! Very knowledgeable and neat in his work. I really appreciated that he waited until the HVAC contractor finished the condenser installation to make sure there were no issues with the wiring. The congregation at the church was even more thankful! Will definitely use them again.

The guys from Colbert's arrived right on time, asked a few questions, and got right to work. They worked diligently until they found the source of the electrical issue that I was having. They explained the issue in detail so that I completely understood. They were fair priced and offered a military discount. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

DNT would only come if it could send 2 men and charge $165+/hour. I told the man I talked with that it is not a 2-man job to put a light fixture over my garage door to illuminate my driveway. (I had already bought the fixture, and maybe he wanted to buy his own, mark it up, and make more money. My speculation.) He was not rude, but I did feel he was dismissive when I questioned his company's rates. I'm sure the quality of their work would have been fine, but the cost was unreasonable. I know when I'm being taken for a financial ride. I will not ever contact this company again. Anyone who wants to jack up rates is likely to cut corners elsewhere to make more money. Get second and third opinions on the phone before using this company. I've not seen their work, but I don't like their attitude and PR.
