- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have specials advertised in house, on my website, on Groupon, and other social media outlets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients fill out a patient profile, I review this profile and ask any necessary questions to gauge sensitivity, determine allergies (if any) or other contraindications, and overall goals. Then a sensitivity test is done as well as a skin analysis, then onto the scheduled treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am involved in weekly education courses to keep me up on all the latest equipment and techniques, as well as attending trade shows throughout the year to educate me of new modalities, product lines and key ingredients.
