- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very straight-forward. While we can and have charged an hourly rate if the effort is more a la carte, we typically charge on a project-basis. By the time we provide a proposal, we have spent a great deal of time with you to understand the unique aspects of your business and where you want to go. This allows us to provide a quote based upon exactly the outcome you are seeking, and at a lower rate than what would have been charged hourly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We tend to work mostly with data, business process and operational strategy. However, we are seeing more and more clients interested in marketing strategy and growing revenue. Marketing has become a science, especially by the use of data to understand the customer and the market dynamics within which the business operates.
