- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a 7 week program with an investment of $2000. I offer the best of the best and I get massive results or I couldn't charge that amount of money. You want the best? You want your problems solved? You wouldn't pay a financial advisor to help you become wealthy if he himself only makes $35,000 a year. Why would you hire a coach that charges $150 an hour to help you transform your life? You want the best? You want results?? Then hire the best....me!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a free 30 minute phone consultation where I ask "If I could help you solve one problem, what would that one problem be?"...and then I solve it for them!
