- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We charge a flat fee for each visit, not the per the number of animals. You pay for our time not a kennel slot. Our grooming is offered at one of 2 locations and done according to the regional prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a home interview to meet you and your pets. We go over your pets/family routine and play with your pets. Aftwards we sit down and come up with a pet sitting plan and write out our contract. Payment is accepted and held at time of interview.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mother half had educational traveling zoo while daughter was growing up. After closing zoo both went to work for local boarding & grooming center. Both worked way up from reception to bather, then again to kennel tech and trained to groom. Our pet sitting is designed to offer an alternative to families who cant board thier pet or for pets that do not do well in boarding facilities. Our grooming is done for your convenience and done at mothet halfs grooming location in downtown Guthrie or at daughters grooming location south of Guthrie on Waterloo
