The temperature was 103, the night before had partial electricity refrigerator, ceiling fan and small window unit about 10 am the next day had no service at all we panicked had a puppy that was panting and drooling and we were damp with sweat and Tony came, not long at all he understood the problem got on the roof came back explained the problem to my son via phone whom is in S.C. discussed payment, Tony came back job finished. Profesional courteous and patient thank you ACE for having someone like Tony on your team Tony was God sent!

Tony answered my call when I was having some electrical issues and was quick to come out to take a look. Great communication, and he texted to let me know when he was on the way. Very nice, professional and took the time to inspect and look everything over, then explained his findings and solutions. The estimate he presented was broken down for each issue, with options to choose from, with clear pricing. He was able to come back in a timely manner to complete the job, again with great communication. After he was done, he showed me everything he had done, and went over everything again, taking time for any questions. I felt he was very professional, highly knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. He never seemed rushed or impatient. I love that he is a local business, and is a stand up and nice person with great service. Will use again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
