Took my Generator to 3 different shops to have an output problem repaired, all three of them were unable to repair the problem! One of them even tried to sell me a new rotor for 700.00 dollars telling me that was my problem, I tried Protech and not only did they repair the problem it ended up being an 8.00 part failure, a diode on the rotor! And on top of that, of that, the entire unit was serviced and cleaned when I received it! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! For now on, I highly recommend you give this shop a try, you will not be disappointed!!!!!
