Alonzo was awesome! He repaired our Samsung front loading dryer. He replaced the heating element as well as 2 thermostats. He was knowledgeable about the repair and the machine in general. He was courteous and professional. When he first arrived I was not home but my girlfriend was, I was running a few minutes behind. She is always kind of leary about having repair techs in the home when she is alone but felt perfectly comfortable when he arrived with how he presented and carried himself. He was extremely respectful and professional! Communication was timely and on point. Scheduling was easy. I would recommend to anyone. We all need that go to fix it guy. Well, I've found mine! Great job! Thanks!

Mr. Alonzo and his crew did a fantastic job. They took down part of an existing wall and put another one up and both of them look like they have been here for ever! Very punctual and professional, very diligent taking the debris away and even cleaning the floors! I will use this contractor again in the future!!!!
