Chris is a great handyman to have around the house for small projects. He is very personable and friendly. He is also very reasonable with his pricing and accommodating to your budget needs—he will try his best to help you save money! The only thing is: time! If you are pressed for time and have deadlines, make sure to discuss that with Chris—we were pressed for time so we went a different route towards the end, but otherwise we would have continued with his work and services.

Replied quickly to my request & scheduled the repairs just two days later. Worked around my schedule to get the work completed. All I had to do was take some pictures. Chris showed up on time, looked over items needing repairs explained what he would do to fix the problem, ran to pick up supplies ,completed the repair & cleaned up.
