We hired Dakota to design a tropical oasis around our new inground pool. He went ABOVE and BEYOND on everything. He is an exceptional young man: HE'S honest and does what he says he's going to do. His crew is FANTASTIC. They worked so hard and Zack checked with me several times to make sure I was satisfied with the placement of the cedars, palm trees and plants. Our home is on a rather large lot so in order to get the loose soil needed for the beds to the backyard they had to use a front loader to haul it back there. This caused a mini "road" through our front yard to the back. Dakota had more soil carried by shovel to place in the ruts. Grass is already growing in and my "road" will be a memory in a couple of weeks. I can't say enough great things about GreenPro, Dakota and Crew. I promise, if you hire them to do your work, you will be leaving your own Thumbtack review similar to the one you are reading right now. You won't be disappointed. THANK YOU, DAKOTA. I had a service in mind when I called and was prepared to hire for it. But after speaking with Dakota, and him understanding my objectives, he talked me out of that service and out of his own contract and gave me tips on how to accomplish my goals myself. I truly appreciate his willingness to do the right thing by the customer even if it meant a short term loss of sale. I will definitely be reaching out to him first next spring when I'm ready to tackle the next service on my lawn. His knowledge and passion for lawn care was very appreciated. Wish I could find this type of passion in all contractors.
