Called upon ALD for a second opinion on a suspicious leak and it was the best decision ever. Colby is an absolute rock star, finding and fixing our problem NOT diagnosed correctly the first time. I had a leak that was super bad and when I came back because I would have been gone, I had called them up and secured an appointment for the very next day and they were able to come and they come early really early and we’re able to complete the work and it was really bad cause it was like 4 feet down in the ground, but Toby was able to call Shawn and the both of them did it in a couple hours it was amazing

It was easy to set up an appointment with this company and that was just the beginning of our experience. The technician called us to let us know he was on the way and he arrived as anticipated. Chris was neat and clean, very polite, mindful of our property, and kind. He explained everything he was going to do and kept us informed of his findings throughout the inspection.
This is not an inexpensive process, but I highly recommend American Leak Detection if you have a need. We have them scheduled to return next week to locate our leak because we are confident they have the expertise to do just that.
