They were courteous, prompt and reasonable. Performed work requested and gave additional advice. I would definitely call them again.
I contacted Thumbtack when we need some electrical repairs for selling our home, per and inspector; therefore, we had to o gain a licensed electrician. Scott of Nass Electrical responded quickly, even interrupting his home time to answer my follow up call. We made arrangements for him to come the following Monday. He and his assistant arrived on time, assessed the needed repairs, sought supplies, and came back to make the repairs in a very efficient manner. I liked Scott and assistant professionally and personally...I would contact them again in a heartbeat, ifI needed further such help. Fantastic job! 5 Stars!
