What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as fees go we do not charge a fee for estimates but if you are wanting general contracting services where i have to over see subs to complete a larger project then of course fees will be charged.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is we have a brief phone conversation then we'll get you booked for an estimate if you are happy with the estimate we move forward with construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have worked under a prestigious general contractor for over 10 years and ive attended numerous summit meetings on this type of work and will continue to do so.
