- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am already below the national average of my price so I am already 15% off and I do NOT charge for mileage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whatever is easiest for the customer. I email, text, or voice call. I would also like to HEAR the piano and know the brand before I get there so I'll know about how long I'll be. After hearing the piano I can give a more firm price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a music degree in percussion. I still play percussion once in a while but piano is where it's at for me for the last 30 years or so! How can I help you?
