Joe came in and immediately saw the problem, and already had a plan and list of what was needed to fix my ceiling fan and switches. I know enough electrical to get in trouble and I’m the one that installed the fans 15-20 years ago. I couldn’t figure it out, he had it up and running perfectly within an hour. Amiable, courteous, and helpful in how he explained what was wrong with the fans highly recommend.
