FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep pricing straightforward and honest—no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Every quote reflects the real work involved, whether it’s a quick fix or a full-scale install. I offer fair rates for quality craftsmanship, and I’m happy to break down the cost so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or bundled jobs—just ask. If it’s electrical, I’ll make it clear, make it safe, and make it worth your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation—what you need, what you’re dealing with, and what outcome you’re after. Once I understand the scope, I’ll offer a clear quote and timeline. I show up on time, walk you through the job, and keep you informed every step of the way. I treat your space with respect and your time like it matters—because it does. Whether it’s a small fix or a full install, I aim to make the process smooth, honest, and hassle-free. You’ll get quality work, straight answers, and no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my skills the old-fashioned way—through years of hands-on electrical work, real-world troubleshooting, and staying sharp on code compliance. I hold an active Oklahoma Unlimited Electrical Contractor License, which means I’m licensed, insured, and regulated by the state. I also keep up with continuing education to stay current with safety standards and best practices. I’ve wired everything from homes to natural gas plants, and I treat every job like it’s got my name on it—because it does. My training is backed by experience, and my experience is backed by results.
