Advantage Fence and Deck arrived early and worked into the late evening to get our fence installed. They used solid materials and the wood looks great and all that was at the best estimate we received, too! They stayed true to their estimate which shows they are experienced! There was a slight hiccup with communication, however, once they came out to fix a small issue, we figured out how our lines got crossed and all was good again! It should be noted that can happen with the biggest and more expensive companies, too! All is great again and the fence looks fantastic! Super nice people and eager to please! I really can’t say enough good things about the awesome looking fence we now have, the crew, the foreman and the young lady that came out and gave us the estimate. They went above our expectations, especially when fixing our gates, the gates are more solid than I new a gate could be! The entire experience, baring the hiccup I mentioned, was a pleasure and we’ve already decided when the other side of our yard needs the fence and gate built they’ll be the crew we call. One of the Beat experiences, I’ve ever had with Fence repair companies, price is very good, timing is accurate, friendly . if the rating has options higher than 5 stars, I would’ve given them more than that. Thank you guys.

Mikel and his crew installed a tore down an old backyard fence, and installed a new one (175 feet of fence, a walk gate, and a drive gate. Mikel came out to do an estimate within a couple days of my posting on Thumbtack, and did the job the next weekend. I was very happy with how prompt he was. He and his crew did the entire job on Saturday and Sunday. It was storming Sunday, but his crew only took breaks in there trucks while it was coming down very hard and lightning. The fence looks great, the quality of the materials, the finished fence and the workmanship where all great. The fence feels very sturdy, and the gates work great. Mikel and his crew were all very nice and pleasant to talk to. I would absolutely use them again. Also, I went with the steel post upgrade, am I am glad I did. They look great and give the fence some extra strength against some of the more outrageous Oklahoma winds.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fencing pricing is a per foot price. Decks are priced per specific project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I never ask for any money up front first and foremost. I come out measure your proposed fence and give you a bid free of cost to you. If you decide that I'm your contractor then I call okie and set a date to start the project. After that we show up and complete the project to the customer's satisfaction and then collect payment for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an owner operator since 2000 with no bad reports to the BBB.
