Justin responded to my project request quickly, cane right out to give me a bid, and at all times kept the lines of communication open. My project wasn’t that big but he didn’t treat it as though it wasn’t worth his time. I am very thrilled with the results and will use him again for future projects.

Price was great. I spoke to them and decided to use this company because they were personable and showed pics of what was wrong. Then made an appointment to come out in 2 days to fix it, didn't make it out, had a hard time reconnecting with setting up another time. All together it took them another week to make it out, roof leaked after rain just a bit, then they came out and fixed it again at no charge. Very courteous and worked efficient once they started working.

My pricing includes all labor, materials, delivery, taxes, and permit fees if applicable. My prices are up front, detailed, and no strings attached.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep all communication lines open. I like to answer and questions or concerns any new customer may have and provided references if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 15 years of on the job training. Hands on experience is the best learning tool in my opinion.
