- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of field training with an unlimited mechanical contractors license as well as an EPA certification for handling refrigerant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started roughly 20 years ago with trade school, then moving onto geo thermal and new construction. After that I moved into residential service, repair and installation. And then started large commercial work for the postal training service doing there HVAC work at which point I decided to go out on my own and open my business.
