- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only sell quality products that we stand behind. JT Blinds has been in business since 2004 and we only work with manufacturers that provide the best products in the industry. We are confident we can find a good quality product that's right for you and we are able to offer various price ranges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We bring our samples to you! Call to schedule your free in home estimate. Blinds typically take 2 to 3 weeks to receive once ordered. Shutters can take 6-12 weeks to receive once ordered. We also provide temporary blinds to provide privacy while you are waiting for your products to come in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our sales members also install their own jobs (most of the time). The person selling you the product, has seen it and installed it in person. We know our products very well due to this process.
