- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important to establish the actual need of the customer opposed to what might be in our normal scope of work. We have to make sure we can actually achieve the expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all began when I was around 10 years old. I started cleaning the shop and stacking old fence pickets. I moved on to assembling wood panels by 12 years old to eventually working in the field. As an adult I transitioned to Sales and Management before starting my own business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types from small residential to military bases.
