Duncan Residential Development

Duncan Residential Development builds residential remodels and additions with one standard: do it right the first time. You work directly with the owner, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. Before any work starts, you get a clear written scope and an upfront price. During the build, you get regular updates and a clean job site at the end of every day. My background is in the operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist, where precision, preparation, and attention to detail are required on every case. I bring that same discipline to your home. I will take the extra time to get the details right, because the goal is a finished space you're proud to show off.
