Juan responded to me promptly. He was very professional and listened to my needs. He scheduled me into his rotation within a few days and did the job exactly how I asked him to. He didn’t try to up sell me or cut corners. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone else who needs lawn care.

I hired Juan to move and adjust some irrigation heads, and we agreed on the changes and the timeline. Juan said he would bring two people to complete the work in one to two days. He arrived two hours late, worked for almost two hours, left for one hour, then took an additional hour to finish. After reviewing his work, I discovered he deviated from our original plan without consulting me. Instead of moving the heads at a station that only runs for 5 minutes, he added new ones to a station that runs for 30 minutes, just to water a small area that only needs 5 minutes. When I requested the changes according to our agreement, Juan refused, insisting his method was better. Despite my insistence on sticking to the original plan, he demanded payment for the unfinished work and threatened to remove the materials from the property. He also accused me of spamming him and intending not to pay him from the start. I do not recommend Juan and advise caution.
