Juan responded to me promptly. He was very professional and listened to my needs. He scheduled me into his rotation within a few days and did the job exactly how I asked him to. My wife and I were excited about having Christmas lights installed. So, I contacted Ruiz Landscaping for a quote on installing and providing lights for our home. He asked for pictures of the home for the quote, and we provided 5 different views of the home for his convivence. We then spoke on the phone and he stated he would also like to come by our home for a visual Aswell , I gave him the address and said he knew exactly where we were located. Later that evening he provided us a quote and described our home and what areas of the home he would be installing lights. We agreed on his quote and he would proceed with the work the following day. The next morning, he text me claiming the house in the pictures were bigger than the house he looked at and wouldn't be able to complete the home as agreed on? I'm thinking he had the pictures and looked at the house in person like he told me he did before receiving the quote?? If this was true, he would have contacted me after he looked at the home and told me the house looked very different from the home I sent in the pictures! To say the least it was a very unprofessional situation, and I would not hire this person or company for anything!!
