- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive, however, I am willing to work with anyone who wants my services. Everyone deserves quality photographs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is talk with my client by phone to answer any and all questions. We will select a date, time and location. On the day of the session, we will meet at the location and discuss again the type of poses wanted. If I am photographing children, I will talk and play with them before we start the session, try to get them comfortable with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended photography classes in 2000 at a local tech school to improve on my skills. My professor continued to work with me even after the classes ended, sharing advice and helping me continue to improve.
