There was an immediate need I had to have 1 outside and 1 inside door installed. Timothy understood and changed his schedule to meet our emergency. Tim did an excellent job, was very thorough from the quoting process all the way through the installation. He provided us with the necessary information to order and size a custom door, and was able to perfectly match the exterior trim of our 1938 historic Tudor. Would definitely recommend!

Timothy was a breath of fresh air after getting the run around from several other contractors. Came out for and estimate last week, we purchased door on Wednesday of this week and already done on Friday. Was very friendly, prompt, and professional. My husband and I hired Tim with Arender Premier Installs to install a new back door and a new front door, along with a storm door, at our home. Tim was very knowledgeable about the different types of doors and helped us pick out the perfect doors for our home. We purchased the doors and Tim picked them up from the store for us to transport them to our home safely. He did a wonderful job installing all three doors. Before we had doors that were not air tight and were letting in cold air. The doors Tim installed are air tight and very secure. Tim did a great job installing our new doors, and he even cleaned up everything after he was done. I highly recommend Tim with Arender Premier Installs. We will be using him again to replace all of our windows!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not make any money off our windows - in fact you are welcome to pay for the windows directly if you prefer. Our profit is labor only, allowing you do know exactly where your money is going.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free measurement and quote. After the customer is provided with pricing, we walk them through options and window choices. Once the windows are ordered, the customer can expect abut three weeks until install - two weeks for windows to arrive and a week to get installation set up.
