- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Criminal Cases: Legal Fees for a Misdemeanor ~ $750 to $1250. Legal Fees for a Felony ~ $2500 to $5000. This fee depends on the seriousness of the crime. Personal Injury Cases: There is no Legal Fee. The attorney fees are paid out of the settlement. If there is recovery from your claim, there is no fee.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my Business Administration degree in the mid 80's and was having trouble finding employment after graduating. I thought going to Law School would open more doors and give me an opportunity to get a professional degree. It is rewarding to help people who are in trouble and are wanting to put their life back together. I feel that everyone deserves a second chance. I also do expungement of criminal records which can wipe the slate clean as if it never happened.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For Criminal Charges, I work closely with the District Attorney's office to get a better plea bargin and court costs, fees and fines reduced, so there might be a possibility of getting the case expunged of your record like it never happened.
