FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Thin Line Roofing & Construction, we believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprise fees. Every project is priced based on the size of the roof, materials selected, roof complexity, necessary code upgrades, and the actual scope of work. We provide FREE roof inspections and estimates, and we’ll explain your options before any work begins. If additional damage, such as rotten or damaged decking, is discovered during construction, we communicate the cost with you before moving forward. We also offer seasonal promotions and discounts throughout the year, so be sure to ask what is currently available. As a veteran-owned company, our goal is simple: fair pricing, honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and no high-pressure sales tactics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand what the customer needs, followed by a FREE inspection of the property. We document any damage or concerns, explain our findings clearly, and provide an honest estimate with recommended options. Once the customer is ready to move forward, we finalize the scope of work, material selections, scheduling, and any insurance-related details if applicable. Our team keeps the customer updated throughout the project, completes the work professionally, performs a final walkthrough, and makes sure everything is cleaned up before the job is considered complete. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free from the first inspection to the final cleanup.
