Arthur's was amazing. I called in the morning because my fan motor was not running. They were even able to schedule me same day. I set the appointment and and was thrilled when they called me back to say they could come earlier. ( Granted that was lucky. ) Still they called to ask. It was nice. James was my technician and he diagnosed the problem quickly and correctely. He then gave me a quote that was detailed and broken down so I could see where the money was going. Like they say you get what you pay for and I know got quality. Price seemed fair and reasonable. He completed the repairs and cleaning in the time he told me. James was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to at Arthur's was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. James even offered me a membership for Arthur's which I accepted. Great job. Thank you!
