I represent consumer Bankruptcy clients. I do both Chapter13 and Chapter 7 cases. We ask an initial fee of seven hundred and fifty dollars before we file a chapter seven case. We ask an initial fee of eight hundred thirtyone dollars before we file a chapter thirteen case. we can email you a packet for you to fill out. We then use the information in the packet to prepare a rough draft of a bankruptcy for us to meet and review. We then meet and explain each page of the Bankruptcy before the client signs and approves the materials. The case is filed electronically and assigned a case number. We appear wirh our client at the creditors meeting about thirty days after the case is filed.
